The development of microbial enzymes was a crucial event in the industrial sectors as result tremendous growth biotechnology recent years. Popularity waste management and bioremediation processes have both made extensive use microorganisms’ whole cells their enzymes. pharmaceutical, textile, food, cosmetics, leather, paper, energy, biomaterials, fine chemicals, cellulose, detergent are some uses area Depending on different uses, researchers can search for novel bacterial strains that might exhibit previously unrecognized enzymatic activity. Also searching plasmids could be used cloning vectors to tackle medication resistance thermophilic microorganisms. Anoxybacillus flavithermus bacteria, which were isolated from hot spring Turkish city Afyon, employed this investigation. ability identified bacteria produce extracellular hydrolytic tested. For this, activities catalase, urease, lipase well hydrolysis starch, casein, xylan, asparagine researched. Additionally, tests antibiotic studied using four antibiotics (erythromycin, chloramphenicol, rifamycin, ampicillin).
